The meeting was attended by all consortium members, including representatives of 5 centres from Poland and centres from Romania and Spain. The meeting was hosted by the Oil and Gas Institute - National Research Institute, the project coordinator. Two days were devoted to formal issues, intensive discussions, and intensive planning to reduce methane emissions and convert the captured methane into hydrogen. The following day, however, saw a site visit to the “Budryk” KWK, where participants familiarised themselves with the specifics of the operation of the methane drainage station. The online meeting was attended by a representative of the EC - REA Project Officer, Oscar Perez.
